    Obviously, most of us don't have issues accessing the status. We all know what our current ESD is & was. May be your link is incorrect. The link should be https://www.directlenovo.com/orderst...nnn&oid=nXnnXX
    Where nnnnnnn is your 7 digit customer Id and nXnnXX is your 6 alphanumeric order id. You should have this 2 pieces on your confirmation page. Alternatively, you can go to the following page and provide the info.:
