    Default IdeaPad Keyboard Worn Out

I have an IdeaPad, which is only a couple months old, and I love the keyboard, but the keys are already quite worn out. The keys lack the texture they once did, thanks to daily use. The keys are now all smooth and slippery.

First off, is this normal? Do IdeaPad keyboards simply wear out after a couple of months? And second, is it possible to replace the keyboard?

Not sure if that's normal, as I haven't used an IdeaPad B-series before. The keyboard should be relatively simple to replace, though, and typically shouldn't void your warranty.

You can try looking up your machine's configuration here and then finding out the part number of the keyboard. Search around for a replacement on eBay, there should be compatible keyboard replacements.
