GTA 4, 6770 and i7
So i've got laptop with this config. Everything is in max state, cool sence is set to peformance.
While i play game i've got some slowdowns. Very soft, but slowdowns, like game goes into slo-mo mode.
I think this is because cpu clock is jumping. Anyway to lock it?
Your thoughs?

Re: GTA 4, 6770 and i7
Because when you are in performance mode the cpu can get very hot, so it reduces the clockspeed to maintain the heat. Try to run the game in coolest mode. Then the turbo boost is off so the cpu never clocks down itself.
