hd 6770m temps
is it normal for the 6770m to raise thermal idle temps into the low 50s? it seems to always idle about 10 degrees warmer than if i have the intel option set. i don't see a way to change the fan speeds either unless coolsense is the only thing

Re: hd 6770m temps
it is normal for it to raise the idle temp but 10 degrees is too much imo. mine only increase around 3c-5c.

Re: hd 6770m temps
For me, I usually get ~40c idle CPU temp on Intel graphics, and ~50c idle CPU temp on AMD, with 55-60c idle GPU temp.
So yes, I'd consider that normal, especially since they both share a heat sink and fan.HP Pavilion DV6-6c00 | Intel Core i5 2450M | Radeon 7690M XT 1GB | SanDisk Extreme 240GB SSD | 6GB DDR3 | 15.6" 1080p Matte | Blu-ray | Win7 Home Premium x64
