    Default DDR3 RAM @ 800MHz?

I own an older HP Pavilion DV6T with the following specs:

    CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 (2.2GHz)
GPU: Mobility Radeon HD 4650 (650MHz core/800MHz memory)
    RAM: 8192MB Crucial DDR3 @ 1066MHz

CPU-Z tells me that my RAM is actually running at 800MHz, and I don't know why or how to fix it. I took the screenshot here:

EDIT: My mistake guys, I actually have RAM from crucial. It is still supposed to be clocked at 1066MHz though, as seen here:

Probably your mobo/cpu can't support it?

Yeah upon further investigation I found that this motherboard (Intel PM45) only supports DDR2 up to 800MHz. I was very disappointed.

Then after an hour or two of searching I couldn't find the PLL for it, and so I can't use setPLL or SetFSB to try and fix it >_>
