99% of this is wrong. I don't know where you get your information from, but that is almost COMPLETELY wrong.

These coupons come up every once and a while and they usually result in the same amount of money saved, i.e. around $300-$500 in discounts. However, once or twice a year there will be a massive discount and you will be able to score a high-spec-ed dv6 or dv7 for around $600 to $800. Don't worry, coupons like the $450 one are not rare, there will be a similar coupon in a week or two.
