Re: 6770m + Battlefield 3 Issues
What about those DNA or modified drivers?what's the difference from the official ones?may sound a noob question but I am new to ATI cards this is my first one and I am afraid to use the wrong driver and mess it up

from KillerSneak himself.
go for official driver if u don't have the confidence to use modded ones.#1 enhanced support (desktop / mobility / igp / apu)
- (and with the upcoming release also enhanced FireGL/GL series support)
#2 fully open CCC (if your card supports the options you will be able to use/set them in the CCC)
#3 updated AA/AF options (also in the CCC)
#4 updated settings for UVD/WMV
#5 added DNA loving flavor/tweaks
#6 great support here on the website

Re: 6770m + Battlefield 3 Issues
Sadly enough, there is no more Omega driver...
I just reverted back to DNA 11.8.3 2 days ago because it works best for me in BF3 and few more games i'm currently playing. Best driver i've used so far.Well, been a bumpy ride, but all things come to an end...
With great pain I have to inform everyone that I can't continue working on the drivers or maintain the website.
Your mileage might be vary though.

Re: 6770m + Battlefield 3 Issues
Can someone please write up a step by step guide for getting the 11.9 drivers installed? I can't seem to do it even though I'm following the general advice people are saying here.
I uninstalled everything. Installed the latest HP Video Drivers, then I try to run 11.9 over the top but it doesn't seem to install the actual video driver I need.

Run 11.9 installer again and use custom installation. Does "Display Driver" actually ticked? Check the version too..

Re: 6770m + Battlefield 3 Issues
That worked. You will not believe how hard it was for me to find the mobility version of 11.9. The AMD website is an utter chaotic mess. What a joke.
Thank you.
