You can't really blame AMD because its clearly stated in their website that..
It is also clearly stated in their AMD Product Compatibility table that entire 64xx series except 6410D and the entire 67xx series isn't supported at all.

So don't be surprised if it is giving you trouble. You have to accept the risks for using unsupported drivers.

ok I reinstalled 11.09 again and I don't get crashes anymore, I do when I'm using fraps though.. Does this happen to anyone else? How could this be fixed? I don't think I'm running out of ram.. it the amd driver that stops responding anyway. help?

that is pretty weird. don't use fraps, use the built in cl_drawfps 1 console command in bf3 to work around the problem though

    Hi mjl2116
Thanks allot for the help! I downloaded the BIOS and installed it. But when I tapped F10 in the startup I did not get any choices of changing my graphics. Actually I got quite few choices avalable... Is there something I'm missing? and might it be the wrong BIOS, I got a Pavilion dv6-6071eo, or doesn't that matter?

^ 60XX series only have manual switchable, while 61XX series will have both dynamic and manual after BIOS update.

    Hi

I have an ati 6770m in an HP Pavilion dv6-6023tx notebook, running the official hp 11.8 driver release but i want to get the best performance for BF3.

So Ive looked at the guide from kharn83 but the link to the 11.9 driver is a 32 bit one i need one for 64bit windows, can anyone provide me with a link to any tested and working 11.9 drivers for my hardware mentioned?

Also is 11.9 the most stable leak or is the a 11.10 that's working properly around?

There is no leaked 11.9, this is Official 11.9 WHQL..

I use fraps to record gameplay not only to show my fps though ):
Is there a reason why my card crashes when using bf3+fraps?
