    You've been stickied.

I added the Select Edition line to this thread too so that we won't have too many owner threads popping up all over the place.

Also have the NBR driver thread up too:

    [Drivers] HP dv6-4XXX / dv6-6XXX / dv7-5XXX / dv7-6XXX / ENVY 14-2XXX / ENVY 17-2XXX (INTEL)

Would it also be fine if the dv7-6XXX series be added to this thread as well? They are similar enough to warrant having just one owners thread for now, but it's your call.

It's nice to see it all in one lounge. Perhaps you'll add the Llano-based dv6z and dv7z when they come out? You guys neglect the AMD models here (except ultraportables)...

Hi I am just wondering if you order today/very recently/soon if you will get the new style body or the old one? My only real concern on this laptop is the touchpad clicker, the old model one is virtually unusable (hard to click, all one piece w/ pad) but it appears in the new model it may be fixed/better.

Anyone confirm with HP on which touchpad you get ordering the Sandy Bridge with the big discount? Thanks, this forum and everyone's contributions have helped a ton in my research for a new laptop!

    Dave
