Chrome OS, or just the browser? If it's the OS, care to provide your methods?

Thank you for answering this. I guess i can stop messing with the different codec and media player combinations.

There is a easy way to check if the second pci-e really supports PCI-E interface...

just remove the wifi and place it there, you ill need to hold it, if is still detected by windows 7 device manage it means it support pci-e...

I have my doubs because that slot is for WWAN... that means its wired to the SIM slot too... it may only have USB support.

Guys i think this is a moot point
I know in most hp laptops they do not implement pci-e on the wwan slot
And even if they did, they would allow only a predefined list of cards
A good test is to put your wifi card in wwan slot and see if it detects it

Edit: i guess i said the same thing as the person above

It's merely to test. 16gb is as *cheap* as we can make it happen for testing purposes. Good point though, I don't think anyone would shell that amount for the 16gb version.

Alright everyone, the super mods have come and handcuffed me for having such a massive signature (being too helpful can get you in trouble!) - So, I'm going to be relocating the "records" to the top of the Jackharvest.com FAQ page.

The big question is still out there - is the CPU/GPU OCable?

    Hey FMruss,

I'm wondering about this ReadyBoost feature...could you tell me a little more about that? I've experimented with it using a USB stick before, but that was a paltry 1GB stick that already had stuff on it.

I'm wondering what benefits it would offer on a bigger scale, like your 16GB SDcard. I've read up a little and it seems like it works like RAM, though they talk about using a 'cache'.

Could you explain a little about it? Would it be a good idea to use it on a HP DM1z with 4GB of RAM?
