Keyboard malfunctioning? Brand new!
I tried to search this topic before posting, but search function doesn't seem to be working for me today :\ I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate issue/post!
My Envy 17 is brand new, haven't had it more than two weeks now. Randomly during use, what I am assuming is my keyboard or touchpad will go nuts and start jumping all over the place (both while typing or just by browsing with the mouse). Also, I'll click with my mouse and randomly it will toggle over to right-click actions even though I'm left-clicking. I am wondering if this is a driver malfunction issue?
Any help would be appreciated! I have the touchpad disabled (except for the buttons) but when I type, my hands aren't anywhere near the buttons, so that can't be it (small hands).HP Envy 17 ~ Home

If you are within the 21 day return period, you might want to consider returning it.
Brand new, secondhand.
