Re: *OFFICIAL: HP HDX 9000 DRAGON Owners Lounge 2*
I have it set to record at 1080i for OTA broadcasts, I think it compresses it to a standard format w/in MS weird format container (I know it does since I can rename the filename and any media player will play the recordings). I think I remember seeing a settings menu where you can adjust the quality of the recordings to in order to maximize space or video quality if desired.

The mPCIe slot in general is spec'd for both USB and PCI.
See here (scroll to bottom of page): Mini PCI Express Bus Description; MiniCard Interface for the Laptop PC
D+ and D- are USB while PETp0, PETn0, PERp0 and PERn0 are PCI lane. HP in their "efficient" wisdom, spec'd the mPCIe where the TV Tuner is to omit the 4 PCI connections.Brand new, secondhand.

Curious observation,
266.58 driver, idle temps are much higher and the fan doesn't run at idle. Turns on at 63DegC and cuts off at 60DegC.
But brightness works better than the 197.45 driver.
Acronis-ed back to 197.45 and fan again works at idle.Brand new, secondhand.
Dividing by zero since 1971.

Awesome thanks, but what part of that sequence refers only to the exact type of battery? I don't think I'll need 10 of these things, 2-3, or at most 5 would be good enough I'd think. Thanks. I gave you rep, but it won't let me give more for a while till I spread it around first.HP Pavilion HDX Dragon 20.1 inch WUXGA monitor

ok well for $5.85 shipped to your door...you cannot even buy 2 at walgreens for less than $10, let alone have 10 at your disposal. look at other items from the same seller maybe if you want to save a dollar or 2. lol. here you can get 2 for $2
2 PANASONIC CR2016 cr 2016 lithium 3 v battery EXP2020 - eBay (item 230549693528 end time Mar-11-11 14:58:00 PST)
or 5 for $3

for the pauper in you.
sequence? i just want to make sure you have your glasses on..i do. lol.
you remove the battery cover by hand from the remote, right...then...you look down in between the batteries...right there engraved in plastic...the only alpha, numeric, or alphanumeric scribings...it says CR2016 in plain sight.
you're pulling my leg aren't you?

Nice thanks. Lol oddly enough no I'm not kidding you .. Wow. What the heck have I been looking at..?? I'm not familiar with these kinds of batteries for anything. Never used them before so I didn't know if that was a number related to their stock/inventory or the type of battery. I just figured the 3V was universal, but there are several types of them apparently. The price is right for me though, thanks. Lol.
PS: Anyone suggest one company over another? Energizer, Panasonic etc?
