    Hey,

Yer been considering it, my worry is that if something goes wrong with it the UK won't cover it (i think).

I want it soo much, at least we will see some reviews soon, I hope lol. Then we will kbow if it lives up to he expected.

You can configure it with 8cell standard or two 8cell standard or one 8cell standard plus one 6cell battery.
The 6cell is the slice. It costs $200 extra.

hmm only thing I'm pondering is the 430m vs the 450m.. $50 difference. And also to pay $25 more for a single dimm 4gb for cheaper 8gb future upgrade. and mayyybe the 160GB SSD. Trying to keep price as low as possible haha. HP uses the Intel G2 SSD drives right??

I think that it's the "extended life six cell" battery upgrade that goes for $200.

I may just skip getting it and buy a second regular battery at that price.

Anyone have any shattering revelations about the matter??
If you don't get the extra coverage you could drop it after 1 week and the screen could shatter.

    That's Murphy's law.

I'm going to be patient, and wait for reviews. 5+ battery life, and I'm sold.

I request from all early adopters to test the ish out of this thing!

The only thing is that replacing a broken LCD pannel at hp costs about 200$ (up to 800$ depends on the screen, but radiance must be pretty expensive to replace) with the regular warranty. So either you pay extra 100$ now to be covered one drop per year ? Or you just pay per drop a larger ammount... Depends if you're a clumsy person or not.
That said you can always replace the screen yourself after buying it on ebay for 150$... But Imo 100$ for accidental coverage is a good deal for a 2 year warranty.
