    Default hp cq62

    ordered the recovery disc for my laptop. when I try to run the windows 7
    recovery error comes up and thats all it will do. I cant get the computer to boot up and I've tried everything please if you can HELP !!!!!!!!!

    Does the error message say anything else? If the error message continues to persist, you may want to contact HP support about the issue.

    Alternatively, you can try to perform a clean install of Windows by using the procedures outlined here - The HP Laptop Out-Of-The-Box Guide 2.0 for Windows 7
