You are right. The ATI package is not complete. At least the HDMI driver is not included. So I am sticking to HP packages. I believe their latest is 8.701 which is the one you have listed.

Just installed the F.26A on my Envy, no problem, it runs fine.

It's mind boggling that they can't release a basic flasher that could be run without booting Windows. It's just not safe to flash a BIOS from Windows, specially with all the anti-crapware/malware/defender/virus etc that runs in the background on many windows machines.
