Question: Returning Defective Unit For New Replacement
For those that have dealt with case managers at HP before, just to confirm, when you need to return the defective unit back to HP, do you include just the laptop, or everything that originally came with it (i.e. Battery, Power Adapter, Power Cord, Manuals, etc.)?
Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Re: Question: Returning Defective Unit For New Replacement
I'm getting a new unit in the mail in its retail box. Are there any particular return instructions for the defective unit?
