HP clearance delay

Hey folks,

I ordered a dv6t Quad on 12/28/11 and it ended up shipping on 1/6/12. I called HP and FedEx last night and asked why customs was taking so long but they just said "IDK"... now I have a clue:

Just to let everyone know, it was all just a delay. Apparently HP had over 900~ items in a bulk shipment and some were lacking papers, so they all had to clear at once. A day late, but not too bad. Here's what it looks like now:
