Re: HP Pavilion dv3500t?
The dv3500t is no longer listed on HP's website? I wonder if it's gone for good, or getting updated to the 9400m chipset perhaps? Odd considering it's only been out for a month or so.

Re: HP Pavilion dv3500t?
I bought an HP 3510NR but the box says 3500. Are you able to advise? There is a difference in the two models according to online. My receipt says 3510. Should I return it?

Re: HP Pavilion dv3500t?
Umm...why don't you just check the specs of the hardware? Also, there should be a full model # on the bottom of the laptop. Boxes are often generic packaging.

Re: HP Pavilion dv3500t?
Don't worry, that is correct. The dv3500 is the base HP model, and the dv3510nr is Best Buy's particular configuration of the dv3500.
I also have the dv3510nr from Best Buy. The product label on the bottom of the laptop says "HP Pavillion dv3500".
When you open the screen, the upper-right corner says "Pavillion dv3000". That last bit scared me at first as well, but all the hardware checks out as it is supposed to be.
Also, my packaging box shows "dv3500" on one side, and "dv3510nr" on the opposite side.
