Re: Hp pavilion dv2800t artist edition wallpaper
I think HP is seriously running out of design ideas, i find this "artist edition" atrocious.
Ive checked google images with no luck. Have you checked the hp website?

Re: Hp pavilion dv2800t artist edition wallpaper
I was surprised, or rather, shocked that the Asian Odyssey won. I checked out HP's competition site and there were many more way nicer than the Asian Odyssey, but that's just my opinion.
HP Pavilion dv2700t SE
Vista Home Premium (32bit), Core 2 Duo (2.2 ghz), 3GB RAM, 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS, 160GB hard drive.

Re: Hp pavilion dv2800t artist edition wallpaper
I ordered this laptop and should be coming in at the end of this month. But if anyone wants, heres the the original design from deviant art called "Made In Japan". Hp calls it "Asian Odyssey" though.

Re: Hp pavilion dv2800t artist edition wallpaper
IMO the designer just slapped as much asian stuff as possible. Id like some of what he had when creating this

Re: Hp pavilion dv2800t artist edition wallpaper
I actually like it a bit
Is it because I, in fact, am Asian ? Possibly.
But I think it would look MUCH better if the color scheme was red, white & black rather than blue, orange, and dark brown
but I'd much rather opt for the Verve 2700tSE
