    Default How long does it take to send for a repair?

    If I send my laptop to repair, how long does it take for it to be shipped back?

    What is the procedure involved?

    depends on what went wrong... usually it should be fast but if the parts aren't available then it would take a lot longer. my friend had to get her screen hinges replaced and it took a month including transit time to ship there and back. she had a gateway

    It depends. I once had a screen problem and it only took a week with transit time.
