Re: how do I use built in webcam
Well, currently displayed in the screen shot is the Vista Photo Gallery, and it seems the QuickPlay is in the wrong format or something wrong with the shortcut.
Just go to:
C:\Program Files\HP\QuickPlay
and see if you have QuickPlay installed or not.
If yes, then double click on "QPMenu.exe", and that should bring up QuickPlay. And later you can make a shortcut to it.
EDIT:
My mistake, the correct main QuickPlay.exe should be "QP.exe", but either way, it will work. Good luck!
And this article should be pinned:

You can use Dorgem to do stuff with your webcam too. It's open source and free.

Re: how do I use built in webcam
Just go to my computer and you would be able to see the web cam icon. Double click on the icon, and you will be able to take pictures there.

Re: how do I use built in webcam
On my dv9207us that I did a clean install of Vista on, with the webcam drivers installed properly according to Vista, Dorgen pops up an error saying "Failed to connect to device!" Any ideas?
