Re: upgrading wifi card
I would say get a intel wifi 5100 dual band card that will give you g and n connections that would work better for you. I know I tried some Atheros and they didn't work so I got a used 5100 and the latest intel driver and now I have N connections. Here is the part no for the wifi 5100: 480985-001

Re: upgrading wifi card
You can use an external (USB) wireless adapter, there may also be upgrades for the internal wireless but it would likely mean disassembling the netbook (ah, the joys of small laptops). STC Technologies India|STC Technologies|STC Technologies
