Gateway NV55 trouble removing LED bezel screw covers
Hi,
I am working on a Gateway NV55S15U laptop. I have removed rubber bezel screw covers before with ease. These screw covers seem to be a plastic and I don't want to scratch the heck out of them because they have a gloss finish. Any suggestions for easy removal
? It seems like they might be glued onto the screw.
Thanks,
John

Re: Gateway NV55 trouble removing LED bezel screw covers
I worked on an NV55C before and those plastic screw covers will come off with a small flat head screw driver or a small knife.
Maybe this will help.

Re: Gateway NV55 trouble removing LED bezel screw covers
Thanks for the link. The screw covers took some scratches and after removal it looked like they had a good bit of adhesive. Oh well I guess ebay for cosmetics now.
Thanks again
John
