I can tell you after 1 year of ICD my prior P9600 in my 7805 had gained nothing in temps and when I pulled it appart the TIM was in perfect shape. not cracked or dried out and/or shrivled. This even on the gapped NB.

After having used ICD with its resuilts and reliability there is no other TIM that I would depend on. So long as applied properly it does the job and keeps on doing it for quite some time...................

Arg, not sure where I fit in.

I was part of the original test group and have been recommending ICD to everybody ever since.

However I do not still have that laptop I sold it, and I just bought some ICD7 3 weeks ago to upgrade my desktop with.

I would love to have a spare tube for my next project but currently other than my desktop I really do not have a machine to test with.

My G73 is a total pain to take apart for TIM change and it voids the warranty so not willing to do that right now.

I'm in for this, do I just send my address to support@innovationcooling.com and update the results when I get the tube?

Thanks for this great opportunity! Could really use some good thermal paste for my x7900. I'll make an extended review once i get it.

Hey guys, I found that my heatsink became discoloured (the copper making contact with the core), is this normal?

I would be more than happy to help out with the testing.

Im using the factory thermal paste and quite happy with the temps but since IC Diamond is hard to come by here in Norway so im quite limited in my choices of thermal paste.
Should i keep temps on both CPU and GPU?

Here's a link to my original repaste in the Asus gaming forums: Chastity's Thoughts on Repasting (Read Here First)
I will post updated results shortly after completing the registration as well as my results while testing for overclocks.

Here are my results with stock and overclocks shortly after repasting taken at 21C ambient temperature:

09/06/2011 quick testing at 23.5C ambient, camera ran out of battery so i can't add a picture of the thermometer for ambient, sorry:

I will add results for a full 30 minutes furmark run in july to go with the three month period. My CPU is also on ICD, but unfortunately, i didn't take a real benchmark after the repaste. I will do so in July along with the update for the GPU and will keep updating both every three months from then.

IC Diamond 7 here in Canada costs $13 shipped, good for 3-5 laptop.

I'll post my results anyway even though I'll be supporting Innovation Cooling by buying retail once I get my AMD Llano laptop.
