Well does the E-350 with the 6310 play 1080p streaming videos flawlessly?

Computex 2011: AMD Bulldozer, Llano, Trinity, & New VISION Branding

Video of the unveiling of the 9-Series chipset from The Inquierer

While AMD doesn’t use Computex to formally announce major new designs, that didn’t stop them from dropping a surprise on the crowd: Trinity. Trinity will be AMD’s first Bulldozer based APU, combining some variation on Bulldozer with some as-yet-unseen AMD GPU architecture. Trinity has already been in AMD’s labs for a few weeks now and will launch in 2012 as the follow-up to Llano.
Also the MSI X370 is the first with the E-450.

I wonder if there will be switchable graphics, though, so the integrated Radeon 6310M can be used when the 6470M isn't necessary.
I think that reason for weak discrete GPU is four PCI-E lanes from APU to GPU.

HP has a Llano-based dv6 here. They've paired the integrated GPU with a discreet 6750M which should provide a fairly decent amount of graphical prowess. We should find out how well the hybrid CrossFire works soon. Of course, with a 1.6GHz CPU, this thing will be strongly CPU-bound in games.

I'm also curious about the pricing. HP is offering a Sandy-Bridge dv6 for around $1000 after savings (and it comes with the option of a 1920x1080 display rather than the 1366x768 trash on this Llano model). The Llano laptop has to be pretty cheap to compete with that -- maybe $700-800.

    I just played the following:
    1080p Harry Potter mp4: perfect
    1080p Office Space d2ts: perfect
1080p YouTube trailer for Pirates of the Caribbean: perfect

I had a split second of stuttering, but I think it was internet related. It happened in the first few seconds and didn't happen after.

Guy at Computex did not sound convincing about how happy he is with Bulldozer. Not holding my breath on that one. LLano is looking good, though.

which guy? if bulldozer flops amd will be behind 8th ball. They desperately needs that to be very very good if not a slam dunk. Plus we may not see intel try too hard to improve performance at the high end(though thanks to arm we will see much superior PPW).

When do you guys think we'll start seeing benches and real-life testing of the better Llano quads?

Do we know if the Z series performance will be closer to Zacate/Bulldozer or Llano?
