Run command prompt as administrator, if it still doesn't work please tell me what you are typing in cmd?

you can just use the "asl /loadtable dsdt.aml" command to load the dsdt100c file.
But it may or may not work, depending on whether your notebook is exactly the same or not.
It's risky and you could get a BSOD next time you start up.

If you do get a BSOD:
    hold F8 during boot.
select the option "last known good configuration".

    i go to start>programs>assesories>right click>run as administrator on command prompt>cd C:\ACPI> asl /u dsdt.aml

after doing this it gives me this
"asl" is not recognized as internal or external command, operable program or batch file

i have the ASL compilier installed

go to program files and copy the ASL compiler exe to the C:\ACPI folder.

so you want the thermal throttling trip point changed to 100C?

This will probably cap TZS0 at 87C, don't know why but that's what the result were for other users.
