    I almost can guarantee the only way temps are that bad is paste is not applied good or even worse and more likely it's a vram cooling issue... That's where the majority of heat even comes from. Most of these on stock fan control will only get a max of 75c ish and that's only because on our Alienwares medium fan won't kick in till close to there.

    Ya, pretty much only seeing a 71-74C range during extended gaming, though that is also in a 15inch frame with a Zalman Cooler and ICD paste

    no, that's about right for your card at 1080p

    Another question - has anyone played around with the settings for Witcher2?
    I get BSD on high. when I switch to a hybrid of medium/high it runs better.

    Running furmark on 720p makes my card go 93C in 4minutes :0
