nothing on the 7770m but the envy 15 should have 7750m, 17 should have 7850m at the very least. dell inspiron 15r se has 7730m

Wiki rate the 7770m at 32W tdp that's much smaller than 45W of current gt 650m,do you think that dv6 7000 will have 7770m ?

the dv series went with nvidia this round cause of new design and everything. envy's supposed to stick with amd

iirc AMD & nvidia have different methods to calculate the TDP of their GPUs (total board consumption <> chip consumption) so I'd take it with a grain of salt.

So, will the 7770m consume less power and cooler than the gt650m ?
This is the first time I buy a laptop (and discrete VGA too ),everything is new to me

To get real power data you will have to wait for reviews.

You also need to consider the cooling of the system more. A more power hungry chip with a better cooling system and better idle management can be better than a cooler chip with poor cooling and idle management.

The only time you need to worry about chip power consumption by itself is as an MXM upgrade and it's unlikely the 7770M will be in an MXM format and even if it is then you would know and be doing some serious work to your notebook.
