GT 640M and GT 650M already out in APAC region. Samsung sells the SB Q470 with GT 650M in China and Japan while Acer sells the SB M3 with GT640M and preorder for the V3 with IB and GT 640M.

No idea for Europe, though you will definitely see them launch in April.
