Re: Razer Blade -- Discuss
one of the community rules! the higher price, the flashier it is, the cooler you are, the more chances for a date! it's simple as that! exactly the hype of alienware and macs/iphones even though the actual value worth less than they are! all they want is girls talking about him like "OMGBBQ HE OWNS A $2800 lapz"
I've been to these situations myself with my friends 13" MBP before receiving my current laptop!FOR SALE! MSI GT780 battery

Re: Razer Blade -- Discuss
It`s plain biology. Girls may think they are so much more sophisticated and evolved than 1000 years ago, but the truth is that big rocks have been replaced with shiny laptops

Although it may backfire, especially if you are more than average interested in the technology inside a notebook. Apple owners should not fear though, since they prove that they do not belong in that group by even *thinking* about buying an apple notebook

Re: Razer Blade -- Discuss
The girls i been talking too usually think that the thinner the notebook, the better. >_>
But in the case of this Razer it might actually be true when comparing to Intel i3 builds with IGPs that usually sells the best here.
That or AMD Brazos builds using 15" to 17" formfactors. *shudders*Clevo P170HMx: Intel Core i7 2720QM | Nvidia Geforce GTX 680m 4GB | 8GB DDR3 | Intel SSD 510 120GB | Seagate Momentus XT 500 GB

Re: Razer Blade -- Discuss
Just saw this in the Blade FAQ:
So does that mean not even opening it to clean out the fans or what? I suppose you could open it and put it back together, but is there something that would let Razer know that you had indeed opened it--like a water-damage indicator on a cell phone? Not even Apple is that strict.Q. Will I void the warranty by opening up or upgrading my Razer Blade’s components on my own?
A. Yes, opening the Razer Blade will void your warranty. If there are any issues with your Razer Blade, please contact the Razer Blade support team at bladesupport@razersupport.com, or by phone at 855-87-BLADE.

To each their own though, he Is happy with it. In the end guess that is all that matters to the people that bought it. Heck the skinny little dude in the unboxing that was posted a few pages back, was humping the box it came in. I just don't get the hype about that lappy.
