Any way to measure input delay on peripherals and stuff?
Just curious, is there software out there that lets you measure the delay between a button press and it registering? This is meant for gaming, not really about the input delay on windows.
ASUS G51JX-X5: Intel Core i7-720QM, 1920x1080, 6GB DDR3, 500GB 7200 HDD, NVIDIA GeForce GTS 360M 1GB GDDR5. Intel Ultimate-N 6300.
Toshiba Satellite A300: Core 2 Duo t5750, 1280x800, 4GB DDR2, 320GB 7200 HDD, Mobility Radeon 3650 512MB GDDR2.

Not as far as I know. Usually the best detecter of input delay is yourself.

Intel Core i5-460M | 4 GB DDR3 | ATi Radeon HD5650 1GB DDR3

Yeah but I just want to confirm my suspicions between two versions of a game where one seems to have more input delay for some reason than the other.

Put breakpoints on WM_KEYDOWN, WM_LBUTTONDOWN,etc messages in a debugger that supports symbols and take a look

This page has a link to a tool that will measure your mouse's polling rate (which directly affects its input delay). Not sure about keyboards though:
