Right now? i5+6770.
When AMD drivers mature? Probably A8+6750, though you might be waiting a while.

I think he means the hybrid crossfire solution, that is currently not working that well

The test setup reviewers used did not get good enough scores in hybrid vs dedicated only.
Just like Intels Sandy Bridge gfx for Linux, it improves over time.
Intel + IGP setup only "win" in Starcraft 2 and similar CPU demanding games / programs.
But i see your Intel offer does come with a dedicated AMD GPU making it a sweet deal compared to only IGP systems.
Piece of turd Norway still cant get any Fusion chips yet so i cannot comment on prices or performance, but if the AMD spec is reasonable priced i would at least consider it an option.
Probably end up recommending Llano to my brother anyway.
A desktop AMD Phenom 2 x3 2,6 GHz plays games just fine and it did unlock into a inexpensive quad.
Yet to hear complaints about driver errors or BSoDs either.Clevo P170HMx: Intel Core i7 2720QM | Nvidia Geforce GTX 680m 4GB | 8GB DDR3 | Intel SSD 510 120GB | Seagate Momentus XT 500 GB

The hybrid crossfire 6750m+6620g should theoretically be as powerful as a 5850m or a 460m, but in the test review units the crossifre wasn't working properly and the results were not as expected, though AMD claimed that hybrid crossfire will work better on release units, but i would stay away from it until it is sorted out, so wait for a review of a release laptop to find out if they sorted it out as they claimed.

This is what I meant.
If the $50 price difference doesn't matter, TC is better off getting the i5+6770m combo because it will have better performance for quite a while (AMD dual graphics is new and will probably take a while to mature).
And even then, the performance advantage of the A8 + 6750 advantage will be offset by the weaker CPU and inconsistent scaling, which will result in worse performance in some games, even with improved drivers.

Not really. I'm pretty sure they use the same chassis so everything else should be the same.
