NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110m?

The Dell D620 review says the laptop has a 256 MB NVIDIA Quadro NVS 110M with TurboCache graphics set. Is this a new GPU? How fast is it? I mean, how does it compare to other processors? I don't see it in the GPU Comparison Chart.

That's because the Quadros are not gaming graphics cards. You CAN game with them, but they are not set up for that, and will not have as nice of performance. I want to say, and this is not for sure, hopefully someone else has the definite answer, that it is comparable to the 7300 Go. So basically, it isn't gonna do much for you for gaming

It's definitely lower-end and not for gaming, as sublime says. More for helping with 3D CAD graphics design applications for engineers to get a bit of an extra kick. Not for Doom 3.

a quadro is NOT meant for gaming in anyway. it is a workhorse card, not a gaming card. refer to the other threads for the specifics.

Quadro cards are designed for rendering as said. They won't be put into the chart because they don't compare in performance to the regular 3D cards, and have special purposes.

That is a questionable statement. What do you mean "don't compare in performance"? The Quadro cards use the same GPUs as the GeForce cards, similarly to how FireGLs use the same GPUs as Radeons. Most of the time the gaming performance of the gaming/workstation versions of the same chip is comparable.

Don't compare in performance as in I'm not including them because they aren't designed to play games and thus the numbers they produce while playing games won't necessairly reflect their actual performance while doing the tasks they were designed to do.
