    Hej Ivan
Being reading this thread with great pleasure.
Have been able to reduce my Zepto 6625 from 89-90C to 75-77C.
Couldnt get the voltage lower than 1.025V but am very pleased as my fan normal kicks in just after 80C- so alls very quiet at the western front .

Did notice one odd thing: when ticking the multipliers found i also had a 12x (processor is t7500) and actually had to reduce this one also to get the effect on the 11x multiplier (otherwise it just tested with "normal" voltage of 1.250V), however, after the computer shutdown when i tried to lower the votage to 1.0125 and restarted the 12x multipler diappeared.
Am wondering if my processor actually is a t7700?

To you guys who are unable to get RMClock to work on Vista x64, found following instructions on another thread:

Install RMClock anywhere on your PC expect program folder.
Make a new folder on your pc- again anywhere but in the program folder.
Paste following files into the folder:
Atsiv.exe- workaround for Vistas signature problem
    RMClock.exe
    RTCore64.sys

With notepad make following bat file:
    Atsiv -u RTCore.sys
    Atsiv -f TCore64.sys
start "RMClock" "D:\rmclock\RMClock.exe"- this is my folder.

    Save it i.e RMClock-startup.bat

Make a shortcut to desktop and move it to your startup folder and RMClock will start automatically with windows.

Will attached Atsiv if anybody wants as unable to get it from the company who made it due to a dispute with M$- google and read about it on their webpage.

I'm using NHC, and I have a problem with the "Voltage" tab on it in that the default multipliers and voltages don't show up, and so I do not have any options in the drop-down menus. I've clicked on the help (question mark) icon, which is what the website recommended, but that didn't do anything. Also, RMclock doesn't do anything, and the P-states checkbox in the "Performance on Demand" tab doesn't remain checked. I would appreciate the help.

Well if you have a Santa Rosa processor the voltages won't show up in NHC. Could you provide screen shots of your RMclock Performance Tab? Are you making sure that you hit apply after making your selections?

I already uninstalled RMclock, which was a bit confusing since it came with an installer but didn't come with an uninstaller. For some reason, uninstalling RMclock screwed up my Vista control panel (it opened for a second then closed itself). I somehow got my control panel back up, but now I'm really reluctant about reinstalling RMclock. All I really remember about the "Performance on Demand" tab is that it had only one checkmark for "Use P-states" and it became unchcked as soon as I removed my mouse. If it helps, I have a T7500, and I'm running Vista 32-bit.

I cant get NHC and RightMark CPU Clock to work on my laptop. It get the message that it was unable to install driver. Im using Vista Ultimate 64-bit by the way, is that an issue?

    Hi norup,

I think it was some kind of a bug or something. I wouldn't know the answer. Sometimes some multipliers show up twice for example, sometimes it shows 11 and 12. Try some CPU id program and see what CPU you really have. What does it say when you start the stress test? If it says 11x that it is the highest multiplier and thus t7500 if I am not mistaken.

Thanks for the RM Clock - Vista 64 bit - I will link it into the original post.

    Cheers,

    Ivan

I have a similar problem to MikerSoft..i got a santa rosa processor, and at first i tried NHC but the voltages didn't show up as well..

But then i used RMClock...thing is in the CPU info part it says minimal multiplier 6x @ 0.937 V and maximum 11x @ 1.30 V

Problem is...in the performance on demand part all the multipliers read 1.300V,i don't know if they actually all use 1.300 V or the program isn't calibrated right??
And i'm not sure if i am to undervolt, what voltage should i set each multiplier to,since i don't even know the default was...

Anyone has any idea how to solve this problem?

Hm. Perhaps RM clock or NHC start better supporting of Santa rosa .

    Hi all!

I have an XPS m1330 with a 2.0 GHz T7250 cpu (santa rosa). I have tried to undervolt the cpu using RMclock 2.30.0 update1.

    However, I have some problems:

    1.
If I first run a benchmark of the cpu and get a benchmark score, this score is cut in half if I start RMclock in "no management" mode and re-run the benchmark. If I have understood things correctly, RMclock shouldn't alter the cpu settings as long as the current setting in RMclock is "no management". So why is the benchmark result reduced?
The funny thing is that if I close RMclock and re-run the benchmark, the score is still only 50% of the score I had prior to running RMclock....i.e the cpu settings do not revert to default settings after exiting RMclock. If I reboot the computer, the benchmark score is back to normal again. Is this the way it should be?

    2.
Every time I benchmark the cpu whilst running RMclock, the cpu won't go higher than 1.2 GHz if Thermal Monitor 2 is enabled.
Now,If I disable thermal monitor 2, my cpu runs at 2.0 GHz......BUT...max cpu load is now only around 57%. I have tried a lot of different settings in RMclock, but so far I have not managed to get my cpu load up to 100% at 2.0 GHz.

Is it my santa rosa cpu that is incompatible with RMclock, or do you guys have any ideas how to solve the issues described?
