bioshock
just ordered it on amazon.co.uk, i hope it's good!
yeah, i know i'm late to the party, but it's better late than never.
Three days later there's no texts, what the hell did you expect,
he's only in it for himself, for the money, for the wealth.
A shallow kiss to fill a void, a broken heart, a lonely boy,
you took advantage of his pain, took his dignity for fame!

Re: bioshock
Bioshock is one of those games that really pulls you in. I haven't played Bioshock 2 yet.

Re: bioshock
Enormous understatement. Aside from the Nintendo franchises, Bioshock 1/2 has been my favorite game. It's a combination of the dramatic theming, the great storyline, and the utter creepyness of some scenes. See the "Game Music" thread for some OST tracks... they're awesome!! (Especially "Pairbond" from #2)
Edit: When you start to play, turn off all the lights and put on headphones. It will creep. you. out.AD NOCTVMMBP 15"

Re: bioshock
i've played it for a bit now; my current goal is to find that creep doctor. it's just a generic zombie game so far, or am i missing something? just, zombies come at you and you shoot them down. :s
on top of it, this is my first fps on a console, it's too difficult to get precision with the right analogue stick (instead of a mouse). i feel dizzy after 5 minutes, and have to put it down every time.
my experience so far - 1/10.Three days later there's no texts, what the hell did you expect,

Re: bioshock
what? how is it different from any of the million other FPS games so far?
zombies come, i shoot them, and collect their money/bullets/etc, rinse and repeat. like i haven't seen this before.
is it those posters with quotes in them in the game which is supposed to make it "political, and morally ambiguous"?
i hope it picks up later on.Three days later there's no texts, what the hell did you expect,
