    Default Dell Inspiron 6400/e1505 Disassemble / Take Apart Instructions ?

    Does anyone know where I can find instructions? Just curious on things like if the CPU is solidered or in a socket etc.

    Dont quote me on this but I think that if you disassemble your Dell, the warrenty becomes void.

    I also agree that disassembly of your Dell voids the warrenty.

    It shows disassembly steps and answers to your questions.
    From the picture this machine uses a zif socket.
