I wonder has this Precision any warranty or no warranty at all, except for additional price? Also I am thinking about buying from US and transferring to Europe, Lithuania.

I know all Dell new products comes with a 1 yr limited. Even my AW refurbished from Dell Outlet came in with a 1 yr Limited Warranty with Next Day Tech Support also.

About transferring, I dont know anything about it.

Sorry for the late reply.
The response from the International Tag Team is that the system model in question is not sold and supported in Philippines. So unfortunately such systems cannot be transferred since the spare parts will not be available in the destination country (in case some repair is required). However, if you or your children need support for the Inspiron 14z, you can call/contact US tech support.

I see. That's some bad news Anyway, I hope the laptop will last without any problem. If ever, can we get support thru Chat Support? They only need to do remote access anyway right? Can they communicate thru chat doing repairs? Thanks btw.

Yes, since the system is registered in the US, you will be able to use US tech support.

I am from India and planning to buy new laptop from US. I did extensive search on international warranty, also talk with the dell customer service agent. They told me that, International warranty comes with your standard laptop called as a basic service. But when I read the literature given on the dell site, they haven't mentioned anything about Int warranty.
While googling about the same, i got many ans, like we need to subscribe at least 3 years of service to avail Int warranty.
Dell sites says that, you nned to transfer your ownership to India, then only you can opt for warranty in India.
My question is, Is it really included in the std pack?
Or I need to take it by paying some extra cost?
What option should i choose while ordering laptop online?

You have to switch the warranty over from the U.S to India on the Dell website, its not that Difficult and it is a Standard service as Laptops travel often. And sometimes permanently, I'm doing the same thing but getting mine from Canada and have to switch it over to South African Warranty.
