Default Class Action Suit against nVidia in Canada

As some of you might be aware there was a class action suit in the US (The NVIDIA GPU Litigation - Home Page) but it only covered computers sold in the US.

Living in Canada I wondered if something similar was happening in Canada and there is! I reached out to the lawyers that are undertaking the class action suit against nVidia here in Canada and the good thing is that the case is still actively being pursued. If you guys have had problems with nVidia GPU equipped laptops purchased since 2006 I suggest giving them a shout :P

    Here is their website

They won't go bankrupt, even though several generations of chips were flawed...don't worry.
