I tried to transfer warranty at this form and I used "No Information" for Last/First Name and Zip code and I provide both service tag and express code but I failed.

I just received the email from Dell as follow:

    Dear Customer

    Thank you for contacting Dell.

The Original owner information provided in the last request is not matching with our records.

Kindly fill the online form www.dell.com/dhs/globaltagtransfer again with Express Service Code along with additional information e.g. country of current registration if the product was transferred from one region to another, name of the store if purchased from a retail store, auction id if purchased through online auction.

You can write the additional information in the comments box. We appreciate your cooperation.

    Regards,
    International Tag Team
Can you help me how to do this?

Hm, you don't know which country it originated from?

I'd call them. Tell them that you want to transfer the warranty, and that you have both the service tag and the express service code, so you don't need the original owners name. They'll probably tell you that you need the original owners name, but you don't.
