Well, the thing that control when the light comes on is really the driver. If you know how to recode your current driver, you can bypass the light activating when your webcam is on. Other than that, you don't have much options.

Why do you want to disable the LED? A spot of black tape will do it as will a drop of paint, but as far as a setting goes, I doubt there's an easy fix.
