    Default M1330 Keyboard slightly bent

Has anyone noticed that M1330’s keyboard is not leveled? Mine is slightly curved and bent outward from the middle. It is not a simple matter of keyboard flex because it won’t go down when I push, like something is underneath. So I took it out. And I think I found the problem. Look at the attached picture (this is not a photo of my notebook, I took it from the service manual; my camera battery was dead so couldn’t take photos)

Anyways, the problem is that black wire. Even though there is a grove for it, there is a screw underneath pushing it up. That screw is already tight so I can’t do anything about that. Have any of you guys noticed this?

You know what, a few days ago I tried to fix it by bending it slightly but it didn't work. Finally I punched it hardly and now it's perfect...believe it or not

Lol, well there you go, you really can't do anything else besides that or replacing/reorder a new one with dell, which really wouldn't be a differ, unless the bottom of your MB you can't see isn't place in it correctly 'causing it to be slightly higher.

Problem is not with the keyboard, doesn’t matter if I bend it the opposite direction. It cannot be properly installed on the notebook with that wire. I did try to flatten the wire with a decent amount of preasure , but didn't work. didn’t put too much force afraid of damaging something else. will try again. So, is this a common problem among M1330s ? Since alexzeon also noticed it…
