M1330 keyboard

Ask for a replacement without any further delay!

Alright, so I called Dell earlier today and they are sending out a tech to replace the following:

1) Keyboard
2) Palm rests
3) Hinge assembly
4) Display (CCFL)
5) Display plastics/webcam

I asked if it wouldn't be easier to just send a new system and the guy said there wasn't enough wrong with my current system to justify sending a new machine. I hate to break it to them but if there is even one scratch after the tech is finished they'll be sending more plastics...

This is my first XPS system and so far the XPS support hasn't impressed me one bit.

I've had a bunch of these (for reviews, to keep, and for friends), and they've all had the keyboard bulge -- are some of ya'll actually NOT getting ones w/a bulge? (if anyone's interested in fixing it themselves, check out this guide http://www.jrin.net/2008_02_01/how-t...keyboard-bulge )
