Default how to test my DELL laptop battery?

    Hello,

I'd like to test my Dell laptop battery? My notebook warranty is still valid... How does Dell test whether the battery is working as it should or has a problem?

    thanks

your battery isnt covered under warranty, unless it flat-out dies. so your only way to test it is to pull the power cord out and see if the laptop stays on. if it does it passed

You could download something like Notebook Hardware Control if you wanted to see the wear level on the battery.
