Dell Tools - Scan Your PC for Problems - Check my System Configuration
Has anyone used the tools available at
http://support.dell.com/support/topi...n&lnki=0&s=gen
They are on the Technical Support Tools tab.

Not sure about those, but I did have a customers system I was having problems with. Downloaded Dell Diags for that system, ran it and it said the system was perfect. Good memory, hard drive,e tc...but still problems. I then ran memtest on it and got 500 errors in the 1st minute. So much for Dell diags in my book!
