How can I make sure all my drivers are 100% up to date?
Without checking each separately?

Check each separately is probably the best idea.
But what I always say about this: if it works without a problem for you...why fix what isn't broken.Desktop 13.3" Macbook Air W7 Ultimate, Core i7 2600k, Crucial M4 128GB SSD

Agreed, if you notice a problem with one of your devices, then I would recommend checking for a driver update. Otherwise it's generally fine to leave them alone.
