I'm sooo mad right now. I got my e1705 last week and today, I went on Dell and re-configured my laptop specs to see if the price changed. I ordered my laptop around 2 weeks ago and if I would've ordered it today, I would've saved ~$250! I paid $2280 (pre-tax) and the same unit I configured today cost only $2020... Argh! I'm so not happy right now. I know the computer market is constantly getting cheaper but not $250 in 2 weeks! Anyone else go through something similar?

That's what I think, too. But the deals and prices on the 6400 don't match those for the E1505. Try configuring a 1505 and a 6400 for the same price - pretty sure you can't do it. The business one gets you more bang for your buck.

And yeah, I ordered a Dell with a business discount code.

Dell supposedly will refund the difference. I noticed this link on another thread.

    Here's the thread:
Can Dell adjust price within certain days of purchase?

I am wondering that too. I ordered on June 10th, and it gave me a June 30th ship date. It's still in production. How could it honestly be taking this long? Normal Dell build times are between 3-6 business days. It's been 8 business days!
