I was wondering about this for awhile, that if damage occurs to the lid and you want it replaced, can they replace it with another color if you ask for it? Or say you weren't satisfied with the color you got, can they change it for you, since it is just the lid?

If they were flexible enough and would respect the customers wishes I'd say yes, but since it's Dell I doubt that.

"Sorry Sir, there is no such option on my screen. I'm too stupid to find a solution."

They stopped manufacturing the white not long ago, which makes this a very rare machine indeed

Is it really pearl like, or just plain white like a Honda Civic ?

This must be one of the first in the wild; it's nice to know these really exist. I ordered mine just 10 days after DirectGrl but just extended to 29 Sept.

Hey Direct Girl....Love it baby!!!! There were only 297 made and they will not be making them any further. The whites require 3 extra coats of paint which cant withstand dust contamination so.... that babies a collectors item.
