Above is the latest Intel driver and below is a newer driver from Dell. The one above caused my screen to flash while on battery, the Dell driver below fixed it and this is the one that I would recommend.
Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United Kingdom]L702x, i7-2670QM, 3GB nVidia GT 555m, Intel 320 160Gb SSD Boot, 750GB, 1080p non-3D, 16Gb (2x8Gb dimm).

Re: Dell XPS 17 (L702x) Thread
Got A16 yesterday from support after I could not shut down (system always wanted to restart). Haven't played with it much yet other than verifying that I can now shutdown properly.

Re: Dell XPS 17 (L702x) Thread
- System is idling. CPU temperatures around 48-50C. Fan is off.
- Very light browsing (no heavy javascript etc), CPU temperatures go over 55C and the fan kicks in
- The fan seems to be running at a medium level which is quite noisy
- If the system is left alone, after about 1-2 minutes the fan shuts off

Re: Dell XPS 17 (L702x) Thread
Im having an annoying problem with the touchpad (I think) while browsing. Firefox and IE randomly jump back to a previous page when I move the pointer. It is hard to trace what specifically sets it off, other than it is always as I move the pointer in some way that the page suddenly changes. Its getting very annoying.
