Dell Outlet - Out of Stock Notification... But Shows In Stock?

About two hours ago, I got a cancellation order noting an Latitude XT3 Laptop I ordered is unavailable. Strangely, upon checking Dell Outlet's site just now, the exact same configuration and price of the product I ordered shows as available.

Anyone have this happen to them before? Kind of perplexed here. Took advantage of the 20% discount Dell Outlet was offering but it's it has since then expired.
