i have been reading up online and people with the xps m1730 series have been getting upgrades or money back as they are constantly having problems with graphics cards etc am i eligible for this as i am still under warranty and i have non stop issues i think it will only be fair if i get the same treatment

Any comments or personal experiance's will help
